The pages you open are counted so the business can see which parts of the site are used. The measurement does not identify you by name, and it is not used to build a profile of you or to advertise to you.

The assistant on this site

If you write to the assistant, what you type and what it answers are recorded so the conversation can continue and so the business can follow up when you ask it to. You are talking to a machine and not to a person, and you can ask to be put in touch with the business instead at any time.

Who else sees it

This website runs on The Lines, which stores and processes this data on the instructions of the business and for no purpose of its own. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives what it needs in order to take the payment. Neither of them is permitted to sell your data.
